We want our customers to be totally satisfied with the products that they purchase from us. But if for some reason you are not, we will gladly process your return. Just follow the instructions below:
Please contact us by calling toll free our Customer Service at 1.973.373.0287 within 10 days of receipt of your product to advise us. We will give you a RA (Return Authorization) number. This number should be clearly marked on the outside of the box(es) being returned.
Repack item(s) with the original packing materials. (Note: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging as shipped by PatioFlavor. Any items returned in packaging other than the original packaging will be refused.)
- Please send your return, securely packaged, prepaid and insured to the address shown on your invoice.
- Returns must be received within 30 days of issue of the return authorization.
- A 30% restocking fee will be accessed on all returns for reasons other than product damage, defect or error.
For merchandise that has arrived damaged, it is helpful if the following steps are done:
1. Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt.
2. Write down any visible damage such as box crushed, torn, creased and other circumstances about the delivery.

Any other issue with your product
While it is rare, if you should find anything wrong with your merchandise (missing screw, trouble with assembly, etc), please call us right away. We will do whatever we can to rectify the problem. Call us at 1.973.373.0287 .
